It’s been an incredible year here at The Perth Property Co. with a massive highlight occurring this August at the annual REIWA Awards where Nadija was awarded the prestigious REIWA Master Salesperson award, placing her in the top 1-5% of agents across Western Australia!

And while we’ve received this award before (in 2021 and 2023), this achievement feels extra special because the criteria were even tougher this year, making it more competitive than ever. With 63 sales totalling over $50 million in the 2023/2024 financial year, it’s a significant milestone for us and is testament to the way in which our distinct style, stage and sell approach sets us apart.

Many people don’t realise just how far and wide our selling radius extends. Unlike some agents who focus on just one area, we make our services available across the entire Perth metro area. Wherever we’re needed, we go! From coastal homes to inner-city gems, we’ve helped vendors all over, offering a personalised approach to each sale that consistently delivers exceptional results.

Our process is unique. We don’t just market homes – we create a story around them, ensuring each property shines in the eyes of the right buyers. Whether it’s a warm family home or a modern city pad, we tailor our strategy to highlight its best features and appeal to the perfect buyer.

And since our establishment in 2017 we have helped over 350 home owners achieve property success. That represents more than $260,000,000 worth of property, which is a wonderful result for a boutique family owned business, but is insignificant in comparison with the level of satisfaction we have delivered to those clients.

One of our recent clients can attest to this. They referred us to a family friend to appraise a North Perth home for six siblings who were selling their late mother’s house. Even though we had a warm referral from their friend whose parents’ home we’d sold, we still needed to win over the rest of the family. The sellers had already met other agents, but they needed to see why we were the right choice. We highlighted our results and reassured them that we’d successfully sold in North Perth before, just as we’ve done across all of Perth.

And while it was a joy to get dressed up for the REIWA awards night, more than anything this recognition reminds us of why we love what we do – helping people sell their homes with confidence, knowing they’re in good hands.
