We’re very proud to share that Nadija has received another REIWA Master Salesperson Award – her third year in a row! That puts her (and us) in the top 5% of agents in WA with wins in 2021, 2023, 2024 and now 2025.

This award celebrates outstanding results, and for us, that’s inseparable from the unique way that we market and present our homes. In the 2024/2025 financial year, we sold 61 homes totalling $58,698,181 using our Style, Stage & Sell process – a unique approach where our clients don’t pay a cent for staging or styling yet reap the rewards of the significant value it brings.

To put that into perspective – staging a whole house can cost upwards of $5000 but for our clients the cost is $0. In the past twelve months alone, this has translated to over $300,000 in savings to our clients all while delivering stronger sales prices and higher profits on each sale.

It’s also worth noting that, yet again, we’ve sold far and wide across a significant selling radius. Unlike some agents that focus on just one area, we spread our services across the entire Perth metro area. From inner-city urban gems to coastal abodes, we’ve helped vendors all over Perth with a personalised approach to each sale that consistently delivers incredible results.
