Bayswater home: From a lived-in space to a dream abode
Our first success story involves the transformation of 15a Rosebery Street in Bayswater where a family of four (including two pre-teen girls) needed to sell promptly to align with their new home purchase in Nedlands. The challenge was to make the home irresistible to potential buyers while seamlessly managing the day-to-day life of the family and not making the sales process too disruptive.

We initiated the staging process by decluttering and adopting the ‘less is more’ principle. Repurposing rooms strategically, such as transforming a study into a bedroom, proved to be a game-changer. We also replaced some furniture and added carefully chosen finishing touches to elevate the ambiance of each room. Our client painted and patched the home’s walls, had the windows cleaned and brought in a legion of luscious plants for the outdoor pool area.

Highgate apartment: From empty to lived-in
Our second success took place at 8/337 Lord St Highgate which was a vacant investment property. Unlike our previous sale in the same complex, which coincided with the early days of COVID and a slow market, this time the property market was buzzing.

The turnaround was swift – the tenants handed back the keys and, in just a day, we transformed the empty home. Multiple offers flooded in and the property sold over a single weekend – both the sellers and us were astounded.
