Last month marked a pretty incredible achievement for our team here at TPPC as we successfully settled nine properties. As we reflected on this accomplishment, it got us thinking about just how important our network of professionals is to our success. In the real estate business, it’s not just about the properties we sell but it’s about the amazing relationships we build along the way.

Teamwork
At TPPC, while it may look like it, it’s not just the two of us. We function as a tight-knit team, relying on the expertise of individuals like our fabulous handyman Wayne, resident green thumb and all-round wonder woman Tanya as well as various others including removalists, electricians, plumbers and locksmiths. Our success is a collaborative effort, and these professionals play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth process for our clients.

Longevity
In our seven years of business, there’s a property that stands out – 134 Third Avenue in Mt Lawley. Incredibly, we have had the pleasure of selling this property three times! The first time, we were referred by a neighbour, and interestingly, both subsequent buyers returned to us when it was time to sell. This unique occurrence is testament to the relationships that we foster on both sides of the transaction. Whether our clients are buying or selling, they trust us to guide them through the process.

Building trust: Buyers turned sellers
The fact that the Mt Lawley property changed hands multiple times showcases the trust our clients place in us. The first sale was due to a job relocation to Melbourne, and the subsequent sale was a result of downsizing. It’s heartening to see clients not only satisfied with their initial transaction but returning to us when their circumstances change. It also speaks volumes about the quality of service and care we provide – we will always go the extra mile.

It’s time to celebrate
As we celebrate the successful settlement of nine properties last month, we also celebrate the enduring relationships that we have built over the years.
